Owner's Title Agency is able to complete a preliminary title report that will reveal any defects to the title to your property. Since you will need a marketable title to sell your property, this report will give you advance notice of any potential issues that could delay the sale of your home.

After you have completed your purchase agreement and scheduled a closing we will also take care of the following items:

• Request mortgage/lien payoff letters
• Request updated property tax payoffs
• Request payoff amounts for special assessments
• Request payoff amounts for water/sewer bills
